Returns & Exchanges Policy

We always strive for 100% satisfaction on all of our transactions. However, please note that The Rhejen Collection does NOT offer any refunds on sales complete in person, international sales, or sales to timepiece distributors or members of such companies. Additionally, NO refunds will be granted on items that are specifically sourced or customized orders.

We offer a 7 day return policy. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund however, we may be able to offer an exchange or trade-in.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must contain the original box.
  • All contents including booklets, hang tags, warranty cards, as well as any protective plastics and wraps must still be intact.
  • Any accessories must be included with the return.
  • Please keep in mind that wearing a watch does carry a high risk of marking it in some way so please try the watch on to make sure you like it but if you believe you may want to return it please do not have it sized in any way. This includes removing links as well as cutting straps.

Additionally if you do decide to return your timepiece to us please contact us before shipping it back to us. The same level of protection in shipping is required for returns coming back to us. If a watch is received not properly packaged this may result in damage to the watch will void a return.

  • When shipping watches back please make sure all the contents are properly placed as well as properly protected. Failure to do so may result in damage to the timepiece or it’s accessories.
  • Shipments must contain the adequate level of insurance in order to cover the full value of the timepiece. We are not responsible if packages are lost or damaged while in the return process.
  • Do NOT return items under shipping to be collected at delivery. Any shipments like this will be refused.

Once the item for a return has been received the items will go through a thorough inspection process by our watch makers to make sure that the items are in the same condition they were shipped in. This includes all the contents of labels, booklets, accessories, hang tags, etc. Once the inspection process is completed the refund will be issued as long as the time piece meets the proper expectations.

For any items that are received back that are not in the same condition they were shipped these will be handled on a case by case basis and a refund or trade in credit will be assessed based on the state of the item at the time of return.

Refunds will be credited back in the same form they were sent. We are not able to refund money back in a different form from the original payment.
